Salisbury Musical Society is a mixed choir of about 120 voices who live in Salisbury and surrounding areas in Wiltshire and Hampshire. We perform major classical choral works in public concerts that are normally given in Salisbury Cathedral, three times a year, accompanied by a full orchestra.
We have been part of Salisbury’s rich choral tradition for over 90 years, performing with an illustrious list of conductors, soloists and orchestras. Our history
We love collaborating with other choirs, both in the UK and overseas. In recent years this has included performances in Berlin, Guildford and Portsmouth. Who we have worked with
None of this would be possible without the energy and support provided by a few key people. Take a look at our Who’s Who page to meet a few of them.
