Transport to Guildford
Arrangements have been made for SMS to travel by coach to Guildford on Saturday 21 March 2020 at a cost of £5 per head, the balance being met from SMS funds. The pick up point in Salisbury will be at Sarum Academy, Westwood Rd, Salisbury SP2 9HS, where the Principal has kindly agreed that SMS members may leave their cars in the school grounds at no cost. Estimated time of departure is between 12.00 noon and 12.30 pm (to be confirmed). Should you intend to travel to Guildford by car, please note that there is ample parking at, and within a 10 minute walk of, the venue (see the G Live website for details and charges).

Supporters and Concert Tickets
Supporters are welcome to come to the concert in Guildford. They may travel on the SMS coach at a cost of £5, subject to sufficient seats being available on the transport. Concert ticket prices are: £19 – £33 (adult), £11- £18 (Students & unemployed) £5.50 (Under 18s). All seats are reserved, and can be booked on-line, via the G Live website; please make your own arrangements for supporter tickets.

After Concert Reception
The concert is likely to end at 10.00 pm. We do not yet know whether there will be any form of reception after the concert and, if so, where. If there is a reception, it should end no later than 11.00 pm and the coach back to Salisbury will not leave until then.

What you need to do

We need you to tell us, please, whether you will sing at the Salisbury and Guildford concerts. For the Guildford concert, we need to know whether you will travel by coach (if so, how many seats you need for yourself and any supporters) or under your own arrangements. We also need you to explicitly confirm whether or not you will attend the reception (and if so, how many ‘reception tickets’ you need for yourself and any supporters). We particularly need to know this for those travelling under their own arrangements.

1. Firstly, please tell us whether you will sing at the Salisbury and Guildford concerts. Click Add to basket to do this for each concert. Obviously there is no cost for this, but the system will record your selections and we will therefore know the likely SMS numbers for each concert.
2. Next, click Select options under `Guildford travel’, and use the drop-down list to tell us whether you will travel on the coach or make your own arrangements. If you are accompanied by a non-singing supporter please edit the number of tickets required. You will be charged £5 for each seat booked, and we will know how many coaches to lay on.
3. Finally, please click Select options under `Guildford reception’. Again if you are accompanied please edit the number of reception tickets required. There is no cost for this, but once again the system will record your selections and we will therefore know the likely SMS numbers attending the reception.

After making each selection you can go back to make another selection if required, by using the back button on your browser. When you have finished, click View basket, and if everything is what you want, go to checkout and pay.

We will not issue physical tickets, but you will receive a confirmation email for all your selections.
